Paul Chester, Land & Planning Director

Having occupied various positions over a 12 year period within Local Authority Planning Departments, Paul first joined Heron in 1986 and worked on the identification, promotion and acquisition of long term development land using his knowledge of the planning system. He left Heron in 1992 to become a Regional Planning Director for Redrow Homes based in Bristol. Following the retirement of Heron’s Land & Planning Director in 2006 Paul returned to Heron to take up this role. He currently works on a number of strategic projects in the South of England and South Wales.
