The Peak

The Peak is a new headquarters office building located in London’s Victoria, a major hub for public transport throughout the South East. The building includes approximately 7,321 square metres of office space and 1,782 square metres of high quality retail on the ground and lower ground floors of which 1,750 square metres has been leased to Halifax. A key element of the design brief for the building was to address the aims of the Mayor of London’s energy hierarchy on sustainable design, using less energy, using renewable energy and using energy efficiently. The Peak has achieved new benchmarks not only for energy efficiency but also for sustainability and flexibility of use and has obtained a very good ‘BREEAM’ rating. The Peak was opened on 13th November by the Mayor of London Boris Johnson.

The Peak was awarded ‘Best Office Development’ at the 2009 Daily Mail UK Commercial Property Awards.
